At Strength Side, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gear in its original box, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
